Please choose your preneLOVE bag carefully as we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Should there be a manufacturer defect or any other issue with your purchase, please email us at: service@prenelove.com within 48 hours of receiving your new bag with images of any defect/issue. Our quality control service team will review your situation and promptly follow-up with you on next steps.

NOTE:  Wear & tear is not considered a manufacturer defect.
